FAST will be sponsoring an Open Water Swim at Portage Lakes on July 24th!

Gold group is invited to swim with the senior group next week (Monday April 19-Friday April 23rd). Practice will be at Akron U 4-6pm M-TH and Firestone 3:30-5:30 on Friday.

Towels are in! Towel pick up times are 6:30-8 at Firestone on Monday, April 26th, the first day of Age Group Practice. Contact Heather Surratt if you need to make other arrangements.

OUR MISSION
To develop character traits, technical skills, team loyalty, sportsmanship and desire for maximum realization of each individual's potential.

WHO WE ARE
FAST is known throughout Ohio as a first-class, year-round swim program. We offer a guided age-group program for children age 5 and older, from the beginning swimmer to the most competitive and skilled swimmer.

When a young person becomes a member of FAST, he/she learns the values of sportsmanship and team work. Swimming, through FAST, provides physical, emotional, and intellectual skills that will last a lifetime.
