FAST Registration
New Swimmers

To register:

  1. Download and print the entire Registration Packet
  2. Fill in the information, and sign appropriate forms
  3. Be sure to include your check, payable to FAST
  4. Return to Heather Surratt ("Registrar" mailbox in the pool office)

 

The Registration Packet has 8 pages:
  1. Parent Checklist
  2. Spring Registration Form
  3. Swimmer Registration/Medical Form
  4. FAST Parental Behavior Guidelines
  5. FAST Member Behavior Guidelines
  6. Spring Fee Schedule
  7. 2010 Athlete Registration Application
(the linked pages can be downloaded & printed separately, since you may need these forms in the future). You can also obtain these forms/pages from Heather, or from the pool office.

Returning Swimmers

To register:

There is also a $65 per swimmer annual team registration fee due at enrollment. This does not need to be paid again if you paid it during Fall or Spring Session.
